After living in 2 different units within the last 5 years I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I DIDN'T like. Current staff offers no resolution to documented issues. Maintenance is half done WHEN its completed. The breezeways also serve as a resident flea market. Speaking of fleas, my entire building had roaches from a family of immigrants living in a one bedroom. It took from the summer until January to get it under control. I am a long time renter (9 years) at Beechwood Terrace. The neighborhood is great, the people here are awesome, and Beechwood Terrace has made a ton of improvements under the current management. The local economy has improved in the last 4 years which has driven local crime down, and the job market is one of the best in the United States. Beechwood Terrace also has not had any problems with their payment site either with the current management, so paying my bill is a simple matter and very ...

reliable. I intend to stay with Beechwood Terrace as long as I can since I doubt I could find service as good elsewhere. Additionally, Beechwood Terrace is quite family-friendly, and we have a great many families here. So in short, Beechwood Terrace is a great place to rent. As a Renter, I highly recommend Beechwood Terrace.
