Bad deal all around
August 11, 2013Management service is the pits. Not customer service oriented in the least. Seriously. Maintenance response non-existent. Fair neighborhood, if you can keep the homeless person from going through the garbage dumpster and making noises at 2:00am. Nice amenities, too bad they are from the 1970's.Review from Apartments.com
Great downtown loft apartments!
May 7, 2014I lived in Holiday Hammond for seven years during graduate school. It was a dream! They are fantastic loft apartments with a great deal of vintage charm and character. Beautiful rough hardwood floors, exposed beams, brick wall, and original warehouse windows. My experience with the management company was great as well. They were always friendly, professional, and prompt with any request. Their maintenance staff is fantastic and quick to address any issues with minimal hassle.Review from Apartments.com
