January 31, 2025LOVING OUR LIFE IN BELL KEN-CARYL APARTMENTS! We are from Breckenridge, CO, after 17 years living the great mountain life, was time for our family to start a new adventure in the city. We looked everywhere on this side of the FRONT RANGE, I think the south west area of Denver offers the best of the best. Schools, location, trails, easy access to main highways and amazing views. Red Rocks is super close too. We toured maybe 20 different apartments complexes , new, old, fancy, big and small, and ...finally found Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments. From the moment we arrived until today has being fantastic. The staff if kind and professional, Sarah the manager is AMAZING, also Jessie the assistant manager and the maintenance team are always on top of things. Great community, safe, chill , super clean , a mix of cozy and modern, great pool, gym and fun club house. PERFECT LOCATION , with 2 big supermarkets just 5 minutes away , the trail system around the corner , restaurants and great schools near by too. 470 and 285 highways just minutes away, & all around beautiful suburban neighborhoods to explore. I keep saying that it feels like a small mountain village. We are lucky to live here and we are looking forward to many more wonderful seasons! Nice apartments, facilities and office staff
January 24, 2024We found the process of renting easy at Bell Ken-Caryl and the office was responsive. The apartments are roomy with contemporary fixtures and layout. The facilities - workout room, common area, pool and hot tub were great. When we left the apartment (we bought a house), the office was flexible on the move. Because we were short term renters, Bell Ken-Caryl offered the best value and service. The location is convenient to 470, hiking and shopping.Property Manager Responded

They have good follow up and make sure the problem was taken care of promptly. The maintenance techs are knowledgeable and usually fix it right the first time out. September 23, 2022Website is misleading concerning apartment specifics. Office staff upon initial visit as new resident was not professional as there were several people in the office and only one person seemed to be doing anything. As a new resident no one even gave a greeting as I entered the office.
