This complex has constant car break ins and complete car being stolen. The company does nothing to secure the property. For the prices that they charge they should have competent security that can prevent these things. Please save yourself and look somewhere else. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. KEEP YOIR FAMILY SAFE!!

Star is amazing! Always communicates and follows up! Considering this as my second year, I’ve seen constant improvements to the property! Thank you Moorice for staying on top of that! Also for helping me at short notice. Understanding, Respectful and Professional is what you get from the Staff here. Trey is icing on the cake, he’s just awesome. Always ready to check whatever out. Genuine and Kind! Thanks to Management for encompassing an environment of stability and happiness.

Personally, for the rent they charge here- go somewhere else. I have had nonstop issues since I have moved in. My apartment wasn't ready when I moved in and the things that needed to be fixed took 6 plus weeks to resolve. This is supposed to be a non- smoking property- I see and smell people smoking (and just not cigarettes). People do not pick up after their pets (there needs to be additional pet stations set up) and they need to keep the pet stations stocked. I can't tell you how many ...

times I have walked past several of the dog stations and everyone does not have any bags. Pet Breed Restrictions? A joke... Pitt Bulls all over the place. There are several Cars that are abandoned and also a lot of cars with expired tags. There is one apartment on the corner where their dog obviously attacked every single blind in the apartment. Management has not required that resident to change the blinds out in that apartment. Looks extremely trashy. Resident Events? A Joke. They plan them around THEIR work schedule. " Resident Breakfasts" are at 10 am when most people are gone to work between 7- 8 am. We've had issues with car break ins and even had a gunshot about a month ago. Mangement claims that we have "on site security" but my neighbors and myself can say none of us has ever seen them. Packages have been stolen out of the package room. I realize most of this stuff can happen elsewhere, but the lack of response / LIES from the office is what sets this group apart from the rest. Maybe if the Mangement started enforcing the lease everyone signed, this place may be a better place to live. Until they can get the riff raff out of here and get new office staff- I'd stay away.

Maintenance requests do take some time to be resolved. I do have to remind management about what maintenance orders I have placed. You have to bug management to get resolved. The mail here is an issue. Nothing can be delivered to your door, I’ve had a package stolen. Even the mail room I don’t trust. The lockers are fine though. I do wish that the 1st story of the club house stayed open past 5/6. I am a student and would be a great place to study and the new renovations look great. I also wish ...

there is recycling. All of the trash gets picked up in one truck so I know all of it’s just going to a landfill and there is no separate pile for recyclables. Other than all that and the loud neighbors, I actually do enjoy living here.
