Apartment in the day appears to be fine. In the night time is really scary due to the trees, black cats lizards on top the wall , over the door where I enter my apartment.So is very difficult to enter the apartment. We have to be careful that no lizards enter the apartment. Before entering we have to try to chase cawsy the lizards, because it will be more than one. Despite fact that we also have a roach problem the same day we moved in I killed like five roaches. They supposedly fumigated but ...
the problem still there. They were supposed to fumigate again but their excuse is that they don't have copies of the keys to my apartment. I have no access to my mailbox. They gave me the wrong keys to my mailbox. They had to wait to speak to the mail man to change the mailbox keys. They did change the seats to the toilet. I requested for both of my toilet seats to be changed but they only changed one. The carpet have stains and is dirty. The day we moved in their was cigarette buds left at the corners of the living room and one of the bedroom.There is dents and holes all over the apartment. Everyday I see and kill more roaches. I am very very much unhappy with this apartment. I just signed the lease September 11. I pay 929.00 a month not including utilities, trash sewer, cable... The price those not worth the conditions of the apartment.I am so disgust and disappointed.
