They took advantage of the fact I am young and that I was excited to have my first place. Not only that but on different occasions I was almost overcharged, and if it wasn’t for me reaching out directly to the owner I would’ve been paying extra for things like Internet and water. So read your bills CAREFULLY. The a manager doesn’t like to double check, and just expects you to listen. She does apologize for her mistakes but even still… she doesn’t know her job fully. There was constant fights, loud music, my mail box was broken into, cops showed up nonstop, drugs running in and out of the place… and the management did NOT care. I signed a lease for 6 months and practically stayed there for 2-3 months because it was so horrible. I ended up using that apartment as a storage space until it was time for me to leave. The owner is also notorious for her procrastination. It took over 4 weeks to get my security deposit back. They lied not once but THREE times about mailing my check to me. Ali, the woman in charge of the checks also wrote my check in GREEN MARKER… AND SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. but wait… signed it in pen? Completely petty, rude to me, and unprofessional. I so wholeheartedly regret spending any money I spent on this place. Just a waste of my time. The only thing I learned was that these apartments are hanging by a thread, and need to go out of business. I will tell each and every person to avoid this place. . . . Celeste, you should feel ashamed. You need to be checking up on your properties. You need to make improvements and fast.
