Sparkling pool
August 22, 2017I'm the advertising it shows a beautiful pool. That is not true. The pool hasn't been cleaned in a month. Green slim grows in the pool.Review from Apartments.com

June 19, 2016When the new owners took over, they made the grounds look nicer & tossed the troublemakers. As far as their upgrades go, I'm not impressed. Be aware that your AC will run all day here & you'll be praying it'll get below 82 in your apt. The manager, Sherry, will say that's just the area. I've never had this issue before. Also, they do monthly inspections & check every room. They are speedy enough at fixing things you report. Oh, they also have a landscaper that takes a leaf blower to blow dirt in ...the car ports...all over your cars. It's a nice little area & has nice size apartments, I just think they are over priced now. Their black window screens to NOTHING to help the heat.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 5, 2015My wife & I rent and apartment at Bella Vita Apartment Homes in Bullhead City Arizona. Its not a bad area. My wife & I have lived here now going on 3 years at Bella Vita Apartment Home. We moved out here from Minnesota back in 2008 and we love it out here!! We are both retired and winning free rent for life would help us out a lot. You see I am disabled and my wife suffers from a liver disease and we are both just collecting Social Security and nothing else. So it would be great if we could win.Review from Apartments.com
