Theres no place like home.
February 9, 2018My family lives through out the complex - from one end to the other- , and we have had nothing but exceptional experiences. The property is kept up with very well, the apartments are very modern and spacious, has a peaceful community of families, prompt and courteous maintenance team, and has a genuine management team. Kim and Paddy , who manage the complex have always been very easy to talk to and make it their first priority to get their residents situated. I have lived in a few complexes but ...never have the management , maintenance , and community been so spot on. I dont normally write reviews but have to give credit where credit is due. I would highly recommend moving here, you cant beat what Bellaire Woods has to offer for the affordable cost. East to west - Bellaire Woods is the best.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful Place To Live
December 12, 2017Great little community. Surrounding is very quite. They have different floor plan for your choose. The management is very nice and respond very quick to any problem you have. Very convenience to any where. Bus stop just at the front road. A large park cross the road. Love this community!Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
September 28, 2016This place really is a community. Families and nice residents are everywhere here and I never have any trouble with anyone. Managment is great at keeping the complex clean and neat and the location is perfect for easy getting to any part of houston. They are always upgrading things - new picnic tables, tree trimming, landscaping etc. Love it here.Review from Apartments.com

July 12, 2016Wonderful little community to live in. Ive been living here a little over 2 year n the service hadn't been all good in the past but since the new management took over its been way better. My requests get done when i call, the manager Debbie is so kind n treats everyone with respect. The maintenance staff are very courteous and respectful which I don't have any complaints. Property always clean, i have two covered parking. Its also great to have the loundry facilities on site.
