New Move-In at Bellawood
April 20, 2023My experience moving into this apartment has been great so far. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and close to everything I need. The leasing process was easy and very fast, I was able to move in less than a week. Kassandra , Laura, and Rochelle have helped me numerous times with whatever has to be done. Without a doubt they are the best team for an office staff. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to move here and would recommend it to others.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful

The property itself is very clean and manicured and I love my apartment. Best apartment around
June 29, 2022Let's just talk basics. The apartments are quiet safe clean and the maintenance is quick. Thats really all we care about when looking for an apartment right? Yeah the office is important too but thats cool cause this front office is poppin. Anything I need I can just walk in and they hook me up. I get curtesy calls when important dates come up and I even got my own parking spot. Can't be beat! Quiet & Convenient
June 29, 2022The two years I've spent living at Bellawood Apartments have been a treat. The grounds are well kept, most units are updated, and the location on Veterans Blvd leaves you minutes away from anything you could possibly need. Friendly but quiet neighbors and a leasing, management and maintenance staff at the top of their game are just added perks. Hidden Gem
December 10, 2021This property is really a hidden gem. With the shortages in staff everywhere, you can tell some places are struggling with overworked employees by their demeanor, but from when I called to when I came in, bellawood was different. The lady I talked to was professional but also relatable and fun. She really seemed like she loves the property and was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. We didn't need an appointment, so we walked in and Sydney greeted us like we were old friends. Martha showed ...us around and was friendly as well.
