Amazing Changes
May 12, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI been living in the neighborhood right across these apartments for over 10 years. My husband and I own our home and have seen the drastic changes in the community during these past years. I had never seen a huge improvement in the apartments and the community itself until the new management company took over. The previous management company never seemed to care about the way the apartments looked inside and out. The apartments had constant traffic of people coming in and out. At one point we ...were on the verge of selling our house just because of how bad it was. The new owner/supervisor and the new manager were very friendly. They introduced themselves to us in the beginning and they shared their plans in making this community a better one. It has been a year now since they took over and wow! I cannot describe what a big improvement it has become not only to the exterior or interior of the apartments but to the neighborhood as well. The community has become very peaceful and quiet. We no longer see the constant traffic of people like before and the street looks much cleaner than it ever did. The new management does a great job in keeping up with the community. These apartments have become a great place to call home and I would recommend it to anyone who decides to live here.Read More
Huge Improvement
September 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved here 3 years ago from Atlanta, not knowing anything about Houston, for work. This property was closest to my work place and is right off the highway (I-45). The property was a bit sketchy the first couple years I lived here, but with this year's recent change in management it has turned around completely. They kicked out all the goons and cleaned up/renovated the units. New A/C units were installed and electric is now included with my rent. I like not having to worry about a bunch of ...different bills. Management is really nice and helpful; maintenance is prompt. I'm glad that they got new management this year because I was on the verge of moving out if things hadn't improved. I always feel safe here and no longer worried that someone will break into my car. Hope to stay here many more years because I am saving a lot of money.Read More

August 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI wanted to write a review about my experience at Bellestone Villas. First of all Samantha, the managing leasing agent, is amazing. She is professional, kind, courteous and answered all my questions about not only the apartment but the surrounding area as well. The grounds are clean and landscaped. The kiddy play area is adorable and well kept. When Samantha gave me a tour I noticed she was very kind and spoke to everyone we came in contact with. The apartments are clean and newly ...renovated. I can tell this place is ran very well by people who care about their tenants. I highly recommend Bellestone and can't wait to tell my friends and family as well!Read More

August 9, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into my apartment in March and I have had very few problems but they manage to fix the small issues immediately. I love my town home and all the upgrades they are making. The apartment manager Samantha is also doing a great job at keeping things organized. My son and I feel very safe in our new surroundings

August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved here recently because it is closer to my job and because the way the apartments looked on the inside. The manager and the man who is sometimes in the office are very friendly. I haven't had any problems with my apartment and I can always find a parking space at night unlike my other apartments. I do recommend this apartments to any who wants to live here.
