July 24, 2024My experience here is not pleasant or happy! They don’t value the people that rent here ! They don’t value your concerns or issues ! They as give people the run an around . They will sit in the office with the door lock and act like the don’t see you or pick up the phone for your concern or issue. It’s so hard to get a parking pass and they know you will get towed if you get one . One day they left my apartment door unlocked after an inspection. DO NOT move here, unprofessional!
January 9, 2023I have been on their waiting list for a year and all of a sudden the new management lost my application and told me they would resolve the issue. 3 weeks later no update, I show up to the office she told me they are closed and knows who I am and she will call me the following business day to update me. She did not call so i ended up reaching out and she answered the phone and immediately hung up once i told her what i am calling about then she cut the phone off to where the calls would not go ...through. Don’t move here
March 11, 2021You feel like your in a prison. Walls are then. They lose your money orders and blame you. They don’t tell you about the deposit until after a month of moving in. Have to get parking passes for your guest which you have to let the office know how long they will be there, who they are and what kind of car they drive and office if barely open so you can’t really get parking passes so your family or friends car will get towed. Maintenance is always quitting so they may take a whole month to fix ...something. They do home inspections. Don’t do income based because you have no privacy. Asked to get out of my lease and they agreed but locked the doors on me that same day after asking even though I not behind on rent. You can’t have guest stay over but only 3 days out of the week or month. Do not move here. It’s cheap but you feel like your in a jail.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
