I recently retired and wanted a lifestyle change!! Boy did I get one! Go on my balcony-look left-St Johns River-look right-Downtown Jacksonville-oh,,, the lights at night-the fireworks on the 4th of July,the barges are right in front of me-its like Disney World-not to mention the boat parade at Christmas,more fireworks, the lighting of the Christmas Tree at the Landing. Free concerts! Florida Theater,walking distance, as is the Symphony and great broadway at the Performing Arts Center, ...
