Very promising. Along with a great location. However unfortunately staff does not return calls or notify you if they need to get ahold of you. It’s the tenants responsibility to call them even if they are aware something is majorly wrong. Apartments are not up to date and seem to be fixed up rather than replaced. Month to month rental is perfect however they do not prorate on moving out. Neighbors are nice some long term tenants. Older community in some buildings. No bugs. Maintenance is ...
efficient. Do not move here unless you don’t care about your deposit and communication from staff.
