his one bedroom unit in Harlem is warm and spacious. There are large closets in the living room and bedroom, including a separate linen closet with shelves from floor to ceiling. The kitchen has two entryways and cabinets that line both walls on top and bottom. The living room fits an oversized sofa comfortably, as well as other living room furniture. throughout the apartment. They are incredibly difficult to keep clean. Also, each tenet is responsible for installing screens on the windows. Still, the best feature is the balcony and view. My apartment faces a park with an illuminated baseball field. The view also includes the Harlem River, 145th St Bridge, and even the GW Bridge off in the distance. Two blocks from the 3 train, and parking space available for an additional cost.
