December 6, 2017I am resident now going on 2-3 years this is a nice clean place to live. The neighbors are friendly and can't ask for a better staff on call free maintenance. Never had a issue I will highly recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
Great At First!
December 2, 2017Great Location! Excellent Surroundings and feels right at home. You consider that a GYM, it's just treadmill and optical workout Machines only. I haven't been in their theater yet but it looks decent. Overall, it's a pretty awesome package! UPDATE: Avoid at all cost. Management don't know how to help but differs from staff some can do it but others for the same issue says they can't do anything. The main office takes forever to complete maintenance issues. AC got messed up during Irma and I ...submitted four work orders and they marked for of them complete knowing that it wasn't working. I am on my 5th work-order. On my third work order, I get a status, they are waiting for a coil to arrive...then why the heck would you mark the work-order as complete. FYI, the initial 2 maintenance request was via the phone which does not appear on the Resident Portal.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
