November 19, 2025Birdtown Flats has been an amazing place to live. We love the grill on our deck which has a view of the lake across the street. Also has a wonderful gym space and community provides social events to be able to meet residents. Management and staff are so helpful and very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, making it easy to feel right at home. The community grounds are beautifully maintained, with plenty of green space, walking paths, and inviting common areas. I love the modern amenities — from the fitness center to the rooftop everything is clean and up-to-date. My apartment itself is spacious, ...quiet, and everyday living comfortable. March 3, 2025I’ve lived here since July 2023 and have really enjoyed it. I first lived on the second floor with no issues, then moved to a bigger unit on the first floor. The appliances are high-quality, and management is excellent—Alyssa at the front is incredibly friendly and always on top of things. Jeff from maintenance is amazing, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The only minor downside is being close to the gym, where you can sometimes hear dumbbells drop. However, ...management has done a great job addressing it, so it hasn’t been a major issue. The rentable community room is great for hosting, and the lobby coffee is always fresh and delicious. The Amazon lockers and package room make deliveries super convenient. The gym is well-equipped, even featuring a Peloton-style bike. I also love that they do annual vent cleanings in each apartment and deep clean the garage floors every year. Overall, I love living here and highly recommend it!Property Manager Responded
