DO NOT MOVE HERE!

his apartment complex is the worst experience of renting I have ever had. They put washers and dryer‘s in every unit which at first sounded great, but I moved in on July 19, 2021 and my dryer has never worked. I put in multiple maintenance request before I finally had to actually go to the office and ask them why nobody has been to my unit to check out the dryer and they had no explanation whatsoever. It took them about another week before they came out and the maintenance guy looked at it said ...
it’s brand new it’s under warranty and they will just have to have go through the warranty company to fix it because they don’t know what’s wrong. OK great, I understood the process with new appliances. However, that was in July we are now in September they still have not fixed my dryer, they still have not even come out to look at the dryer, so I called again today and they have no idea when someone will be out to look at the dryer. I asked if they could remove the washer and dryer from my unit because I would gladly purchase my own they said no. I’m having to go to the laundromat in town just to dry my clothes. Don’t expect them to fix anything in a timely manner either because the lease agreement reads exactly as follows: “The time, manner, method and means of performing main- tenance and repairs, including whether or which vendors to use, are within our sole discretion.” The mice/bug infestation is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I have had black widows, brown recluses, wolf spiders, and crickets(EVERYWHERE), with the occasional roach I’m assuming traveled with people moving in because those are not seen very often. I have grown up in Midlothian so I am well aware of the country aspects but this is just negligible on their part. They WAY over water everything (oh and btw the water goes through them so they can charge the residents for the watering. If you plan on moving here you better budget for a $250+ water bill on your apartment) the black dirt that anyone from around here knows grass will not grow on, then they don’t mow the places that sod was laid down at so it looks very overgrown/trashy. Because they way over water everything the cricket infestation is horrendous. You can have your apartment treated weekly by the apartment pest guy and it won’t matter but because they do not put proper weather stripping on the doors and you can see light/breeze plain as day and the bugs/rats just come right in. Don’t expect noise violators to be dealt with either

Don’t move here

Been here for some time now at first everything was good then the worst refrigerator started to leak took them several months to fix it almost until my lease was over that they had fixed it. I’ve seen rodents in my apartment. No one wants to fix anything. People are hardly ever in the office , maintenance hardly ever arrives. Have to call them over and over just to get them to come. Maintenance people always never here. & also the parking is horrible at night. Just overall really disappointed ...

Bare Minimum at Luxury Prices

Lakeside Villa follows the trend set by just about all North Texas apartment complexes. Not enough free parking so that you'll pay for their reserved parking? Check. Aloof management that hides behind a proxy email so you have no real way to talk to them? Check. Services that they charge for but don't actually have? Check. Cheaply made apartments and appliances rented at luxury prices? Check. One of the worst electrical grids possible? Check Management is non-existent at best. No real email to ...
contact them at, if you want help, there's a contact us form on the website that they may or may not respond to. When they email you, they go through a proxy service that does not deliver replies. The recycling pickup is a lie. I brought it up several times, management either ignored or waved it off. It does not exist as far as I can tell, but you are charged for it. The dryer exhaust is built badly so that no dryer will properly dry here. Want to set up auto-payments? According to the payment option, you have to manually stop it, otherwise they keep charging you even when your lease it up. How suspect is that? Apartments aren't weather or element-proof at all. Bugs and even mice are pretty common. Apartment turn-in and turn-out is literally the highway. RIP your breaks and transmission.

This is by far the worst experience in an apartment I have ever been in. I have a whole story to go along with it but it will not allow me to post that much. It says I am 2,200 characters over the limit. Trust me when I say, avoid this place like the plague. Just a few highlights.....construction is poor at best. I have not been able to use my master bathroom tub for months. Waiting for it to be repaired for the 4th time. The property is on it's third set of office staff. Current property ...
manager is RUDE. No maintenance onsite. Pool is always green. Gates to the pool area wont open. Pool furniture falls apart when you sit in it. I could go on an on.

Don’t move here!!!

They don’t call you back. The office is never open. Maintenance is a joke around here. Pest control, they don’t do that either. Ive had problems with 3 appliances. The dishwasher and ice maker have never worked and still don’t. I moved here in May. The dryer went out and it took them 3 weeks to get another one up here. The pool was supposed to open Memorial Day but didn’t open til July. As I type this it’s green AGAIN!! Run Fast and far away from this place. I’m so disappointed with it. I ...

Do not move here unless you want nothing but problems with living here. Nobody is ever in the office or answers the phone, they have no maintenance guy, the pool has not even been able to be open for summer due to the fact it’s green. Trash piles up for 2 weeks at a time with overflowing trash cans. Pest control does not come when they say they will, they only do things on their terms and DO NOT help you with anything including concerns or complaints that should be taken care of. Save your money ...
and look else where if you want to be happy with where you live!!!!
