it’s brand new it’s under warranty and they will just have to have go through the warranty company to fix it because they don’t know what’s wrong. OK great, I understood the process with new appliances. However, that was in July we are now in September they still have not fixed my dryer, they still have not even come out to look at the dryer, so I called again today and they have no idea when someone will be out to look at the dryer. I asked if they could remove the washer and dryer from my unit because I would gladly purchase my own they said no. I’m having to go to the laundromat in town just to dry my clothes. Don’t expect them to fix anything in a timely manner either because the lease agreement reads exactly as follows: “The time, manner, method and means of performing main- tenance and repairs, including whether or which vendors to use, are within our sole discretion.” The mice/bug infestation is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I have had black widows, brown recluses, wolf spiders, and crickets(EVERYWHERE), with the occasional roach I’m assuming traveled with people moving in because those are not seen very often. I have grown up in Midlothian so I am well aware of the country aspects but this is just negligible on their part. They WAY over water everything (oh and btw the water goes through them so they can charge the residents for the watering. If you plan on moving here you better budget for a $250+ water bill on your apartment) the black dirt that anyone from around here knows grass will not grow on, then they don’t mow the places that sod was laid down at so it looks very overgrown/trashy. Because they way over water everything the cricket infestation is horrendous. You can have your apartment treated weekly by the apartment pest guy and it won’t matter but because they do not put proper weather stripping on the doors and you can see light/breeze plain as day and the bugs/rats just come right in. Don’t expect noise violators to be dealt with either

The recycling pickup is a lie. I brought it up several times, management either ignored or waved it off. It does not exist as far as I can tell, but you are charged for it. The dryer exhaust is built badly so that no dryer will properly dry here. Want to set up auto-payments? According to the payment option, you have to manually stop it, otherwise they keep charging you even when your lease it up. How suspect is that? Apartments aren't weather or element-proof at all. Bugs and even mice are pretty common. Apartment turn-in and turn-out is literally the highway. RIP your breaks and transmission.

manager is RUDE. No maintenance onsite. Pool is always green. Gates to the pool area wont open. Pool furniture falls apart when you sit in it. I could go on an on.

could go on and on... They charge way too much money to treat their tenants like this.
