Resident of 3 years so far. The apartments were very affordable for a 2 bedroom unit, and I could deal with the defects of an older building at the time. Since then the building has switched managers four times, each less responsive to tenant complaints than the last. Vacant units are patched up to be presentable and nothing else. shut off from nonpayment. Steer clear of Blackstone, unless you have a preference for a dirty, ramshackle old building managed by a revolving door of people who simply do not care.
