First year at BTS Apartments, we moved from a home and have had a great experience at BTS. All the "luxury" items: Pool, Library, Large dining and guest dining room with full kitchen, computers and copiers available, game room (jig saw puzzles in process) and other games, bar-b-q and patio areas, we have a large lobby with reception area and a grand piano (concerts occasionally) Most important...great management and maintenance, clean and well maintained building and a great city park across ...

the street with activities. we have enjoyed a friendly atmosphere and lots of activities. This is more of a community than a apartment building, great senior living.

Big Improvement

Since I moved here to Blaine Town Square Senior Apartments there has been vast improvements in the building as a whole, thanks to the new management, Highland Management Group. The new management team in the building have been very patient with listening to all of the residences complaints and frustrations about the previous managements lackluster motivation to get things fixed and their lack of communication. We now have office personnel ( Cat ) that are ready willing and able to get requests ...

discussed and taken care of, and the people ( Michael ) to fix the problems. Both of these people from Highland are a joy to work with. Granted, some of the rules have changed here, but these changes are for the good of all of us. I will be living here for many years to come.
