To secure the apartment and remove it from the market, a holding fee equal to the first month’s rent is required, along with the security deposit. If the application is withdrawn or the lease is not finalized for any reason, the holding fee may be non-refundable, so we encourage applicants to be certain before proceeding. The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
