Roach infested
October 13, 2024Building A (400 Bloor St) is infested with German cockroaches and the landlord is no longer using professional pest control to treat them. Instead, they’re having the superintendent spray a product that anyone can purchase online; the product is not strong enough. Their planned frequency to spray is not sustainable for tenants, especially those with mobility issues. The roaches are progressively spreading throughout the entire building.
