This is a great apartment and community. Staff is top notch and there is always something to do. There are often mixers and contests. The tenants are friendly. I love it here.

Rent is fine yet the extra charges are sky high. Half the tenants are friendly others look at you crazier being nice. The gym is good but people just have no respect for it. The building should put a sign up saying “please clean after yourself “.

From an Adult student perspective, for a studio apartment. Amazing staff and a great community vibe! Everyone has been so welcoming, and the community events look awesome. I haven’t been able to attend yet, but I’ve already seen the energy and can’t wait to join in. I just moved in, everything is settling in smoothly, and I’ve had zero issues with my place. Loving it already!

Great: Love living here - I recommend it to my friends. Amazing location with metro, culture, and food. Love the staff, especially the front desk folks. Parking is easy for guests. It's pretty. Good: We are getting a water softener - the water now wrecks my skin and faucets. Appliances are aging, but it doesn't matter because maintenance is incredibly fast, helpful, and effective. Could be better: Pool's lovely but a bit small and cold. EV chargers don't work. We can use the city's EV chargers, ...
but 1/3rd of them don't work. Bad: Parking spots don't seem to be related to where your apartment is. There's an AI virtual assistant that annoys me. Rent's high but not criminal. Ugly: Fees. $60 late fee for paying after the 3rd (bad if your check sometimes deposits on the 4th or 5th), $60 per pet per month, and $10 for Amazon lockers (we have USPS, security, and Amazon does deliver to doors, a waste of money). Overall, a place to check out! I love it so much.

It has been wonderful peaceful pet friendly and convenient to live here. Management is very professional , security for its residents is tight ,deliveries are secured and even the residents are courteous.

Just Moved In- Best Property Ever

Moved in the other day. Lost a key fob fairly quickly. Team in lobby was extremely responsive and got it replaced same day. Cannot think of anything to improve on the property. The team here has also somehow managed to cultivate a congenial and friendly atmosphere in the DTLA area. Dunno how they did it! Greatest place I’ve ever lived.

Blossom Plaza has been a wonderful place to live for the past eight and a half years. The staff is top notch. They are extremely attentive and always finding new ways to engage residents, which is a real joy. The maintenance crew responds quickly to any issues and does their best to resolve them. We love having LA Historic Park right next door, where we can give our furry family member a place to run off all that extra energy. The building looks as clean and fresh as the day we moved in. is thanks to a staff that does not let issues go unresolved and is always looking for new ways to improve the space for residents. It is hard to find a reason not to love living at Blossom Plaza. That is why we have not left, and we have no plans to.
