    Living at Boardwalk Mercer has been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The management team is responsive and friendly, always quick to address any maintenance requests or questions. I also really appreciate the modern amenities, clean common areas, and convenient location—it’s close to everything I need.     Maintenance responds in a timely manner and staff is responsive. Could use some improvement of grounds cleanliness. Also, could use slightly more frequent power washing. Otherwise, I would reccomend this community.

    Overall this is a great community, the area is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s in a great location. Valet trash could be better, they do a lot of checks inside apartments which is weird but they do send emails about it.
