    Community is very good and all enmities are available to access easily. Beautiful walk view at lake side and play area is also good. We are exploring more as we came recently.

    Friendly staff. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Gate app could use an upgrade. Grounds are not the cleanest, spiderweb cleaning and power washing could be more frequent.

    I haven’t arrived yet… But the front office staff has been very helpful. Every step of the way, making the move-in experience. Very easy. I think I will be very happy here for the next 15 months.

    There’s always gate issues, sometimes you have to get of your vehicle to use the app to open the gate but even that don’t work either. The way some residents leave their trash outside the trash bin.

    Perfect home for two. Little noisy at night but once the tv and everything is on not too bad. Parking badge is weird and still haven’t gotten a trash can.

    Lots of ants, they sprayed several times and nothing. Was told several times there's nothing they can do about it. Im sure they're in the walls.

    I’ve had a good experience living at Boardwalk. The location is convenient, maintenance is responsive, and the place feels safe. The apartment is clean and well-kept, and overall, it’s been a comfortable place to stay.

    No EV chargers in community. Trash charges are very high compared to other community and HOV cost is also added. Management has changed after that the maintenance cost is going higher and higher every year.
