Upstairs is caving in

I lived in an upstairs unit. The floor was caving in. My bathroom tub was sloping at an angle from floor caving in. There was a three inch gap between my hallway front door and the sinking/collapsing floor. I stuffed the gaping crack with an old blanket. I don’t deem the building as safe until the floor is repaired. A housing inspection needs to be performed so that this is repaired before a major collapse and severe injury. The laundry is in the basement and costed $2.50 for the washer and $2.50 ...
for the dryer. Excessive. No ability to pay rent online. You have to mail your rent to Brookfield every month. I didn’t care for the on-site building manager. She did nothing and was very unfriendly. She was just there as a prop living rent free. I moved away from Milwaukee because of the excessive rent for nasty, dumpy housing that is pervasive there. Milwaukee really needs to do a complete overhaul on its housing situation. The city is nice. The housing is horrific.

Upkeep

Very poor up keep with the building drains clog up often, without hair build up, way over priced for what you get, shoveling isn't done consistently and when it's done the parking lot is still ice with no salt on the drive way moved into alison grange apt recently cheaper with more space, definitely would not recommend bolivar apts, with the way the new owners have been lacking on basic maintenance.
