Don’t be fooled by the ads!.

The rent is determined by what ever they want to charge you and extra hidden fees are added after you sign your lease. They charge you anytime they have to pay out of pocket for extra. EXAMPLES-trash fees, laundry fees, extermination fees, parking fees. The pool is NEVER OPEN. They ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE BUT 3 hours a day. No one is AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES.

These may include standard community-related services such as trash, pest control, and other amenities that support the upkeep of the property.
