This modern apartment building is the first of its kind built entirely our of recycled steel shipping containers. This project is the result of a commitment to recycling and sustainability, as well as a desire to bring more affordable housing to Salt Lake City. With 6 floors to choose from, this complex offers residents the convenience of an elevator making your moving day easy! On-site laundry facilities will be located on every floor. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort year round. Each apartment features new appliances, providing a sleek and contemporary living space. With studios up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom available, Box 500 Apartments is the perfect place to call home. Experience the ease and comfort of city living at Box 500 Apartments. Animal friendly up to two animals maximum. (Maximum 40 lbs) Pet fees and pet rent per pet will apply. *This is an income restricted property based on total household occupancy and income-Please contact our team for full income qualifications **Applicants are not guaranteed the move-in date requested during the application process.
