Mice and centipedes, Don’t lock yourself in 12 month lease
February 5, 2024Ask old tenants about: -Car theft and breaking windows every month. -Pest like mice and centipedes. -Sewer smell. -Old noisy bathroom fixtures, adding and replacing isn’t allowed. -Very rude employees, disgusting communication skills. -90% of the tenants want to move or waiting for the lease to end.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live
July 11, 2023Due to poor maintenance, the water tube for the toilet exploded within a month of moving in, I was out of town, so my apartment was flooded and the floors were damaged. A lot of my books were damaged because they were in cardboard boxes set on the floor. Maintenance took over a month to replace the flooring. After they were done, they left nails and debris all over the unit, hand prints on the walls, indentations from the construction was left all over the walls, bathroom was filthy from misuse. ...Maintenance refused to clean up the mess they made and did not reinstall the stove or the window screen they took down. Mice Mice mice
November 28, 2021I would not recommend no one to live here. They have a HUGE mouse/mice problem and when you call management Lindsay she basically blow you off with a attitude. If you have kids it’s the worse place ever. Also maintenance Staff are super super lazy .. they focus on just cutting the grass and making the outside nice .. but they can careless about the residents needs. If you can avoid living here please do .. cause trust me you’ll regret it . Cause I sure did The place is very old, apartments ...really need so improvements . Mice, Mold, Sewer smell evrywhere

Also asked a neighbor in another building if they had the same problem and they did. This place is only good if you have a pet snake or a cat! I will never ever rent from them again!
