If I get what I pay for than what is this?

Only gave 2 stars because it’s cute and extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom, (although the closet is super small )and the location is cool. We pay entirely too much in rent to be experiencing the problems we have . There is only 1 maintenance man for 9 properties, so it will take forever for your issues to be addressed. Birds are nesting in the wooden frame of my front window which is causing it to essentially bust at the seems which now allows for flies and insects to enter . I have brought this ...
to the property manager and maintenance attention and am still waiting for this to be addressed by a contractor . Good luck living here with all of the construction RIGHT off the balcony of 3 of these units , which i have been hearing for the past 4-5 months of my 6 month residency, so far. No one wants to live next to the construction of a wedding venue with a rooftop lounge / bar or continue to live here once the space is open and accepting bookings
