We moved here from colorado for a 3 month lease. The first week we were here one of the maintenance guys walked straight into my apartment (no knock or heads up). Complete violation of privacy. After the first week, management was never to be found & they never answered the phone or called me back. Many residents other than myself have ran into me & expressed their complaints. Every other day the water would be cold - no hot showers. You waste money trying to use the dryers because half of the ...

time they don’t work. The water pressure is nonexistent in the sinks and the shower. When we moved in they said the pool would be open soon but NEVER did the pool open the whole 3 months we were there. I brought this up to them multiple times and they always said they would have pool chairs and the pool would open “next week”. Never happened. Bugs are a huge problem here - we saw at least one in the apartment everyday. Every once in a while the gas will not work on the stove. Look Elsewhere for a nice place, this is not it.
