July 15, 2025Not some corporation overcharging! Privately owned and on-site property manager. The owners have been extremely responsive and kind. Cesar, the property manager even helped us move in! Can't recommend this place enough and hope to be here for a long time :)Review from Apartments.com
Not the nicest place- "low rent"
June 25, 2016A picture is worth a thousand words, as they say. But there's no way to post one, evidently. They don't require a pet deposit, but if you drop by unexpectedly, you'll find plenty on the grass and on the sidewalks, both solid and liquid. Some people are nice enough to leave the provided waste bags on the grass. (Yes, there are trash cans on the property.) Why The laundry room apparently has a feature where all the dirt winds up on the floor. But it's great if you like all sorts of people ...hanging around at all hours. Must be because there are four strip clubs within half a mile of Brenda Arms. At least they got rid of almost all those trees. September 6, 2015This complex is nice and quiet. There was no pet deposit or pet monthly fee which is awesome because I have two dogs. My 1 bedroom 1 bath apt is pretty spacious and I love how big the bathroom is.Review from Apartments.com
