I have been a resident of Brent Village for two years and in general I'have been happy here. The only thing that presents a challenge is that the complex is challenging to find because the entrance off Galvin Road does NOT have a street sign saying it is Buck Drive and visitors think it is just a parking lot for State Farm

Brent Village is very community based and the leasing office sends out community emails to update tenants on new information.. I like this about the place, it has a very personal feel from management.

I have lived here several years now and like any apartment you live at, there are little issues/problems from time to time, but nothing major. I love the layout of my apartment and the view. There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby. It is mostly quiet; sometimes the neighbors and their kids get a little loud, but it has never been after hours or anything too bad. People are friendly and respectful of others. I have never had a problem with parking or with any tampering with my vehicle ...
since I have lived here. For the rate I am currently paying, it has been a good place to live!

Brent Village is a fairly nice place to live with a great location. Management and Maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, most residents are nice and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. I love the layout of my apartment and there is a great view from the balcony.

I have lived here several years and overall, it has been a good place to live. The neighborhood is great. Residents are mostly considerate of others. Lately, the response to repair requests has been very quick and efficient. Staff is friendly and helpful.
