Good value, good area, maintenance is backlogged
January 13, 2022I've lived here a few years now and actually rather like living here. It's a good location next to a couple schools and fire departments, so very safe. The local restaurants are very walkable and good quality for the prices they charge. I live alone and while there tend to be a few outstanding maintenance issues at any time, any real emergencies get handled in a couple days. Annoyances do take longer, sometimes a few weeks for the maintenance team to get around, but they are on site ...consistently, working down their backlog. March 14, 2016Management gives you the run around. They promise you one thing and then next day it's a different thing. Makes you feel like a coward for going there.Review from Apartments.com
