January 5, 2025I lived here for several years and it was honestly horrendous. The landlord is incompetent and a liar. His ledgers are always inconsistent and missing payments. He won’t fix any repairs until it’s time to renew the license or you report him to the city and he’s quick to evict you despite being wrong with his ledgers. He’s very rude as well. If you don’t believe me, look him up, he has a Wikipedia page. That’s how terrible the owner is.Review from Apartments.com

Great apartment community
May 8, 2020I have lived in this apartment complex for 2+ years and have had a great experience. The staff is nice, maintenance is done promptly and parking is free. The front lawn is an excellent place to enjoy in the summer. Best of all, the rent is cheaper than any other apartment building in the Hopkins area.Review from Apartments.com
