      I was a resident of The Asten at Ribelin Ranch from 2014 to 2016 (back when it was Hyde Park at Ribelin Ranch). My experience was excellent. The apartment was nice, the service was friendly, and the location met all of my needs. I honestly couldn't ask for more in an apartment. The only reason I left was because I purchased a house. Now, in 2020, am I about to sell my house and I strongly considered moving back for all of the reasons previously mentioned. Nadia at The Asten was extremely helpful ...
      in providing me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. She was extremely patient, kind, and enthusiastic and I really enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately, I chose to go another route because of the Technology Package that The Asten offers. It is a great offer as it is only $85 a month for the best internet package plus cable TV that Spectrum has to offer all managed by The Asten. It is perfect for 99% of people, but isn't for me. Residents do not have access to the modem/router hardware or modem/router management console and therefore cannot customize basic settings like SSID or more advanced settings like static internal IP addresses, routing tables, port forwarding, dynamic DNS, or DMZs. Again, Nadia was great in this regard. She ensured that I understood what the Technology Package entailed so that I could make an informed decision.

    • Everything I could ask for!

      I have lived at this complex for 4 years and have been thoroughly impressed. Staff is easy to work with, facilities have been improved over the years, and I am getting a lot for what I pay! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and a 2 Car Attached Garage! I have never seen an apartment with that big of an attached garage! The only complaint I have, is the walls are thin, so you can definitely hear the neighbors every now and then. Otherwise it is worth it.

    • Out of the way, private, safe, and quiet living....

      Hyde Park (originally Alexan) Ribelin Ranch has been my home since it opened around 2009. The complex occupies the northern end of the scenic Bull Creek Greenbelt and is well out of the way of the hustle of traditional Austin metro living. The area is quiet, extremely safe, and offers superb privacy. The office staff are completely unobtrusive and maintain a beautiful property to appease residents. Maintenance staff are extremely hard working and respond very quickly to any issues that come ...
      up. The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but ever growing for those interested in food, nightlife, etc, but it's less than 20 minutes to downtown for those that prefer some excitement. The biggest downside is the same strength, the relative isolation. Only one road leads in, 2222, so traffic can be bad during the school year. If there is an accident, then you're pretty much stuck until the road is cleared. Thankfully, issues are rare since the road is wide and relatively straight and leads to few complications. If you require an out of the way place to obtain some peace and quiet, then this area is a perfect place to choose for a home.
