Property needs to brush up on its client relation skills
September 9, 2015It is very frustrating when you call and email and submit your information to contact the office days and days and no one answers till you begin calling repeatedly to finally be greeted with a very rude " oh well the online listing is wrong we don't have anything available till December". If someone would have maybe answered the first 3 days I have been calling or even bothered to reply to my inquiry then I would not be leaving this very dissatisfied review. I can understand that employees get ...busy but it is your job to try and sell the property and with a staff like this no I wouldn't want to even be put on the waiting list.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
