Dealt with neighbors with bed bug infestation. Black mold in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Notified management and the owner with absolutely no resolution to the problem. Had to spend thousands of dollars to move and replace 90% of my furniture and electronics because they were infested with cockroaches. I have never in my life dealt with bugs.
