Apartment from hell
November 23, 2025Absolute worst apartment complex in Sunnyvale! Every unit is full of roaches and black mold. The property owner does absolutely nothing to fix his rundown dump of a complex. That place needs to be demolished.l! Be awareReview from Apartments.com

November 17, 2025In all honesty this was the wrist place I have ever rented from. Infested with cockroaches, multiple units. Dealt with neighbors with bed bug infestation. Black mold in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Notified management and the owner with absolutely no resolution to the problem. Had to spend thousands of dollars to move and replace 90% of my furniture and electronics because they were infested with cockroaches. I have never in my life dealt with bugs.
