Building Is Very Old And Unmaintained
July 18, 2022It's the best price for this location because the building is old and unmaintained. In unit AC barely works, laundry machines break frequently and aren't free, and the elevators are out of service occasionally. Maintenance has also become unresponsive in the past few months.Review from Apartments.com

February 22, 2016I fecommended. The management is very responsive and respectful. The maintenance person is very quick and professional. The apartment is clean (no bugs of any kind) and any issues are addresses right away. I've been here four years and i like it a lot. It's quiet and safe. The only reason im not giving it five stars is b/c the rent keeps increasing every time i renew the lease, and utilities are added on top of it. December 31, 2014The front of the building looked great. Neat and well maintained. However the rear of the building had boarded up windows, a large amount of trash all over, broken security lights . I would not rent here.Review from Apartments.com
I love my apartment!
October 8, 2014I lived here for three years and love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping and public transportation. The building is now under new management and they are doing a great job and keeping the grounds clean, The maintenance guy is great he quick and explained the issue and what he did to fix it. The neighbor hood is safe. Overall this place is place is great.Review from Apartments.com
