Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

I’ve lived here for quite some time, and it truly feels like home. I’m so glad I ended up here! Thanks to Flor G. for always making sure everything runs smoothly — it’s such a quiet and clean environment. Whenever there’s an issue, management is quick to respond and resolve it. The community events are also amazing, thanks to Omar and Dani for all their hard work and creativity. I highly recommend living here!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Prose Farm! The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the whole community has a nice, peaceful vibe. Maintenance is super responsive, and everything is kept really clean.
One of the biggest highlights has been Kim, the community manager. She’s awesome — super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she puts in the effort to make people feel welcome and taken care of, which makes a big difference.

We recently moved into Prose Farms and absolutely love this apartment complex! Management is great with communication and the area is secluded and quiet. Our community ambassadors, Omar and Dani, have been amazing with creating a strong sense of community among residents. They host events twice a month - my kids and I have really enjoyed getting to know our neighbors at these events!

Terrible noise

Like all new builds these days the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in other apartments, even when the neighbors aren't being noisy it does not matter. I can hear appliances ding and phone notification messages. It is crazy how poorly the building is constructed to control noise.
