inability to enforce rules

We have two neighbors who refuse to leash their dogs when they let them out to do their business. The contract you have to sign states that any animals outside of the home are required to be tied up, me and my dog were attacked in our own yard by a neighbors loose dog, luckily my dog didn't require a visit to the vet, my dog was tied up with a steel cable and leashed. Before the incident, we called to complain to the park several times, and now after the attack I dont feel comfortable living ...
here, walking my dog here, or taking my dog out to do his business. The dog that attcked me and my dog in our own yard is still let out to roam free. Either management can't enforce their own rules or they just don't care.

Poor management. Prices are subpar at best. The homes are made cheaply and poorly. Caught my neighbor digging up my yard to do landscaping in theirs and managements response was, “not our problem, you deal with it,” yet they’ll evict you if you don’t fix the lawn. And just a heads up, two months before your lease is up they’ll try to evict you with only three days notice over something as trivial as a broken slat in your blinds, simply to steal your security deposit. Mind you I’ve never once been ...
late or short on rent in four years. I’ve taken care of my property and been a great tenant. I would most definitely not recommended this trailer park to anybody no matter how desperate, there are many better options. Do not move here. Heed my warning and save yourself the headache and money.
