May 13, 2025I currently live here and I’ve been living here since December 2024. Although this apartment is nearby a lot of things and we have multiple highways around. The leasing office isn’t the greatest. They take forever to get back to you and they never answer the phone. So if you have an emergency or need assistance as soon as possible don’t call the leasing office. They also don’t have a lot of maintenance crew so if something breaks, they will take forever to fix it. When I first moved in my oven ...wasn’t working and I couldn’t use my oven for 3 maybe 4 months. My tub also started peeling and they took a very long time to fix it. I have a child that lives with me so it was very inconvenient that my tub was peeling considering he could’ve cut his feet. My tub lasted maybe 2 months before it started to peel all over again and now I have to put another maintenance request. The service and apartment itself aren’t worth the price, you definitely pay for location when looking into these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't Do it
February 25, 2022If i could give them zero stars i would. No updates they will make you pay for new carpet or hardwood floors and don't get me started on maintenance. They do the bare minimum the pipes are so screwed i had someone else water coming up through the drain in my tub. Rent goes up every year and it's not worth it moving was the best decision I have ever madeProperty Manager Responded

Great starter apartments
April 22, 2019NO complaints with these apartments. They are great for a single person or a small new family. They have a nice park like setting. The people in the office are friendly and help however they can. Maintenance is good about getting to any issues and re friendly also. Convenient location to anything with it being a short drive. And the pricing isnt bad either. They are older apartments but not bad! I have lved here for about 6 months now and I'm very happyProperty Manager Responded

July 22, 2015I have lived here for just about 3 months. I don't have many complaints. The complex is very quiet and located close to 480 which is convenient. Be sure to do a Full inspection of your unit prior to signing your lease. They do require the unit to be in the exact same shape you got it in. I did a preview prior to signing my lease and I missed a few things that I am afraid I will end up being charged for. Overall it's been a good experience just make sure you pay the rent on time.
