Management is not on site and NEVER calls back. You have to contact a company in their LLC just to get ahold of your manager properly.
They have lost my rent payment, TWICE, and have tried to charge me a late fee.
Yards are NOT being treated for pests and as such, you may have to check your children for fleas, ticks, bed bugs, etc.
The garbage receptacle outside is ALWAYS full of trash and large furniture. Which attacks pests.
Tenants feed feral cats, which are wild cats, which attracts ...
pests.
Building super is mostly tasked with a job that is off site, and is VERY rude if you take "his" parking space.

Secured buildings,Helpful apartment manager,play area for children,on the bus line. Very nice area South-Western school district.
