Good location in the heart of Hollywood
August 3, 2015I've resided at this apartment complex for almost four years now, and for the most part I can recommend it, based upon affordability, the convenient location, and the safety of the area. It has changed ownership twice, since I moved in, and they've done a few renovations to the building. As old residents move out and new move in, they seem to consistently do upgrades to the units. The water pipes are a bit old, so I've had issues at times with adequate water in the shower, and I've also had ...issues at times with roaches. The maintenance people are fairly quick to respond, the neighbors are quiet, so overall I'm satisfied, and can recommend it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
