I agree these apartments are amazing for the price, but everything has a catch. The apartments were built on an ant hill, so the ants were unstoppable! I also experienced a roach problem. Perhaps the biggest issue of all is when you move out they are going to add all types of bogus charges that you are not accountable for. When I disputed my case with the property owners, she admitted they use an already completed template which explains the bogus charges. To me, that’s admitting that they ...

charge everyone of the same crimes whether they committed them or not because they use the same template! They took some of the charges away but not all and I ended up having to take them to court.

These apartments were amazing until it was time to move out of them. They will put all kinds of bogus charges on your account in order to keep that security deposit. My apartment was cleaner when I moved out of it than it was when I moved into it, and they still billed me for close to $1,000 dollars. They're crooks.
