April 18, 2025Good so far but with how many fees you have to pay on top of rent, designated parking should be cheaper and I hope all amenities such as the pool will be up to date and working during the on season. I’ve read reviews saying this has been an ongoing issue.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025The leasing staff at Brookside 112 is the best of any complex I’ve ever interacted with! The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and available 7 days a week. We have enjoyed our residency thus far. The complex’s community seems good, however I can’t vouch for everyone as the community is very big and spread out across several blocks. September 30, 2024We have lived here almost 5 years and in the beginning everything with the staff and property was great then it started going downhill with the staff and the property. They charge you for the amenities when not all residents use them. We have never in 5 years been to the gym or the dog spa and the pool is only open half the year. The complex used to do things for holidays and have a summer pool party every year and this year there was nothing. No easter egg hunt, no pool party. Those were things ...we looked forward to every year and the staff was always involved and it felt like a community you wanted to be a part of.
