December 25, 2025Brookside 112 is a family oriented complex. While the complex is fairly large, it is very quiet and friendly. Over the two years of my occupancy, I have met neighbors, enjoyed complex wide activities and enjoyed the amenities. My neighbors are friendly, several have been long term residents. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, a central location (easy access to I-205 both north and south), friendly complex staff, then Brookside 112 maybe the answer to your housing needs.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025As a widow this complex meets my needs for a central location in Vancouver, personal security, knowing security is a phone call away, emergent maintenance issues will be handled promptly. The grounds are well kept, neighbors for the most part respect community living protocols, Management is approachable and remembers our names.
