I moved in October 2016 and from the very first interaction with the property manager to seeing the apartments I knew it was a place that I wanted to call home. The application process was quick and very effortless which I loved. Once I moved in I immediately loved it. It is really close to downtown, and is very quiet. Any of my previous apartments seemed like the walls were paper thin so much so that you felt like you knew your neighbors more than you wanted to. This is different, I live on the ...

first floor and never hear any of my neighbors which is a huge sigh of relief. Brookside is hands down the best place to live. I am so glad I found it!

Moved here last august. If you like a modern hi-tech look apartment this is the place for you. Each bedroom has a walk in closet all SS appliances and engineered wood floors and tiled bathrooms. When the state of the art clubhouse is done this will be the place to live. All the conveniences of townhouse type ling ( we are on the first floor) without the price tag. Also have a garage next to my apartment. This place should be full by next summer 2017 and in full swing.

Not only is the apartment very nice, the location is also ideal: with the town center, YMCA, grocery store, gas station and 5K running trail - all within a mile of the apartment. The area is very quiet and the apartment management is both efficient and friendly. I really like the large counter top in the kitchen - ideal for those who enjoy cooking. A renewal of the lease is very likely.

I recently moved in and wanted to be close to downtown as well as the country side; 10 minute drive to downtown and great running paths around the area! It's definitely growing and am excited for the clubhouse to be done! Units have great windows and light! Kelsey is super helpful and always willing to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend living here!

We've lived here for a few months now and love it! With it being brand new, there were a few new build issues at first, who wouldn't expect that. When reported they were very prompt in making the corrections. It is very quiet here. We are happy to bump into our neighbors in the hallway on occasion or we'd think we were the only ones here! We are super excited for the pool and clubhouse completion. We also love the convenience of businesses so close by. From restaurants, grocery stores, physician ...

offices, dental offices and everything else, just minutes away. Also, the Office Manager, Kelsey is super friendly! We enjoy our little visits with her!

Our experience has been fantastic so far! The customer service has been superb and we have never been so satisfied with an apartment complex, the entire staff is friendly! Kelsey got us into the perfect apartment for us and answered every that question I had! I would highly recommend Brookside!

Couldn't make it 6 months

My roommate and I lived at Brookside for 6 months on the 2nd floor and had too many problems to list. When we moved in this spring 2016, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, there were dead bugs everywhere, our washer/dryer didn't work, the fridge didn't work, we never did have a working intercom system, the clubhouse doesn't exist/hadn't been built,the maintenance men would enter after 2 knocks with no advance notice (once while my roommate was getting out of the shower), endless insect ...

problems, the property manager has problems getting things done, there are no mailboxes since there is no clubhouse so we'd have to go to the manager's office (a converted apartment unit) every day and get our mail, and the kicker---our new 4k 65" TV was ruined due to an electrical issue in the apartment. After that we decided it was time to leave.
