I have lived in Brookside Crossing for 3 years. It has been a blessing. I would just like a written state left in my apartment when a request has been completed because I don't have access to a computer at all times and stay in an apartment by myself. Doing that will be help me out more.

Quite neighborhood spacious two bedrooms if you look but they offer 1.2.3 bedrooms. Staff is nice has gym laundry room , swimming pool and a playground for smaller children

My neighbors are the sweetest. The apartment is nice and spacious. I love that I have a balcony and a washer and dryer set up. I love how spacious both of the rooms are.

It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. I get along very well with my neighbors. The neighborhood looks cleans and presentable. Parking is pretty good. I just have been here 5 years and would like an upgrade on a few things to make my home more comfortable. The office managers are nice and I like the way they have different events going on.

It is ok. There are somethings that need to be adjusted around here. The noise from the neighbors and them not being held accountable. The timeframe in which things get fixed even if you are a faithful tenant. There are no perks nor major rewards to the tenants that are faithful and that try to pay on time, outside of the point system. The list goes on but it’s a place to stay until you can progress on to better.

Pretty good been here 4 yrs really enjoy it there are things that could be better but what place don't also staff is great they will try as hard as they can to fix help with anything i would say the surrounding areas are a little bit much but when you live the front no problems.

I feel comfortable and different. I wish I would have moved here years ago. The apartments have a very nice setting. I really love the marble countertops. Not to mention, walk-in closets. I like the design of the laminate flooring & carpet.

I love it here..the apartment is spacious and very comfortable , the neighbors are nice except for the 2nd floor neighbor let's her kids run up and down through her apartment but all in all it's a nice place

I love being here. I am very happy with my neighbors. Where I am located there is no over the top noise activity going on in the breezeway. The breezeway is always neat and clean. As well as the grounds are clean.
