Absolutely horrible

This place was not built in 2018 I lived here twice once in 2007 ? funny how that works. The owner drivers around in a new electric truck but fails to upkeep this place and he rarely here. There is constant drug activity and people vandalizing apts cars etc. The playground( if you want to even call it that) has graffiti all over it and is never clean or up kept the overall condition of this place lawn care etc is done to the bare minimum and residents have to clean up after the lawn service which ...
is done so poorly. There is no lighting at all mainly at night so it pitch black around whole complex even though they been told also people break into people's mailboxes and they refuse to spend the money to fix them but they will charge everytime a key breaks off in you're mail box. I can go on all day about this place. Don't move here! If I could move I would but unfortunately can't. Wish this place really cared about their tenants
