April 21, 2022I've lived here for 3 years and this place is terrible. Mold hidden everywhere and bathrooms are in such poor condition, pipes kept me awake for months and they actively did nothing about it. So bad it had to change property management several times and none of them cared about this place, not even the owners of this place cares. I had a squirrel living in my wall for over two months and they did nothing about it.Review from Apartments.com

Nice, friendly, and well located apartments
September 13, 2015Brooktree apartments are in south Salem, walking distance near plenty of great places like the discount theatre, WinCo, and your choice of banking. Their located right behind McDonalds, if you enjoy eating there, and that makes them easy to find and explain their spot! Rent is really affordable, and whenever there's a maintenance problem, it gets resolved within a week. The only downside is that there are often sirens that can be heard at all hours, but after a few months you get used to it.
