Incompetent management The entire maintenance process was a mess. What should have been a small heater repair took almost two months. During the peak of cold weather, I was left without a working heater the whole time. There was no proper planning or sense of urgency. Every time I contacted them, I was told “next week,” again and again. This shows a lack of organization and poor management.

Unprofessional and unethical management The maintenance is still pending. The management gave appointment on 29 of July and no one appeared.They forgot their own commitment. They do not even know the availability of the vendor on the specify date. The management is highly unprofessional and in the meantime unethical. they are incompetent .
