The management is horrible. It takes weeks for even an urgent request to be processed. I had to reach out to the management numerous times to follow up on maintenance requests. The management doesn't even answer phone calls and when they do, they are rude. The laundry rooms stink, washing machines rusted and maintenance disappointing. Some of my clothes were damaged by the dryer. On top of it, they charged a hefty amount for 'cleaning' the apartment at the end of my lease even though I cleaned ...
every single thing in the apartment before leaving. They charged me for the 'apartment cleaning' both at the beginning and end of the lease.

My husband and I contacted this apartment building about renting an apartment for 3 months. In the description, it says they offer a 3 month lease as a minimum but we were told by the leasing agent that they don't usually do less than a year lease. The leasing agent then told us that she would call us back to let us know if the lease could be changed, and never did. Extremely unprofessional of them, and they're lying in the description on this website about lease length.

Advertising indicated a limited number of short term leases available. One year leases are typical at the property, and fewer rentals are short term. At the particular moment this prospect contacted our offer, all short term units were filled. We regret that we were unable to meet this prospect's needs at that particular time.
